FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator is intended for grinding of materials, particularly, mineral organic stock and can be used in production of construction materials, mining, chemical industry medicine for processing of wastes containing elastoplastic components. Disintegrator comprises cylindrical grinding chamber with covers and material loading and discharging openings. Drive and driven discs are arranged inside said chamber. Grinding elements of face surfaces of said discs make a gearing. Driven disc hollow shaft with inner ring gear is articulated with drive disc shaft via outer-gearing wheel. End gear is rigidly engaged with loading device engaged in its turn with drive disc shaft. End gearing gear ratio equals that of grinding elements gearing.
EFFECT: power savings, higher efficiency.
