FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinders of mineral organic stock and may be used in feed mill industry. Proposed grinder comprises case with cylindrical grinding chamber 1, openings 4 and 5 for product loading/unloading. Drive element 7 and driven element 8 with grinding teeth are arranged inside grinding chamber. Driven element 8 is composed of hollow cylinder 9 arranged coaxially in cylindrical grinding chamber 1 and furnished with inner gearing teeth 11 formed by lateral surfaces of adjacent openings 9. Drive element 7 is composed of pinion shaft arranged ay grinding chamber bottom to run in two bearings 13. Note here that driven element 8 runs in bearings 10 fitted on its ends. Bearings 10 are protected against contact with ground particles by annular nipples 14 arranged ahead of bearings at driven element that feature OD increased relative to that of driven element. Product discharge opening 5 is stepped. Note here that grate 6 is arranged at top smaller step while bottom step 7 is diverged and recessed to intersection with through grooves 16.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
