SUBSTANCE: member 7, intended for fastening on the robot manipulator or other similar facilities, is installed one end of cylindrical bush 6. Two concentric slip rings 12 and 13 are insulated from each other and from the coupling. Two insulated rings 17 and 18 are arranged around cover 15 and at a certain distance from it; they adjoin two concentric rings 12 and 13. Ducts 11 used to supply air and liquid are made in coupling 10, bush 6 and cover 15 with rings 17 and 18. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 12 dwg
