FIELD: device for pyrometallurgical reworking of charge materials in industrial heat-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: furnace includes loading chamber, gas-lift reaction chamber and gas separating chamber which are divided by partitions located between arch and hearth forming openings; furnace is also provided with blast devices located in gas-lift chamber at one or two levels and device for tapping melting products. Ratio of distance between upper edge of partition fitted between gas-lift reaction chamber and gas separating chamber and level of blast devices or level of lower row of blast devices (when two levels are provided) to distance between level of slag dam and level of blast device is more than 3 but no more than 15. Upper edge of partition fitted between gas-lift and gas separating chambers is located above upper edge of partition fitted between gas-lift and reaction chambers.
