FIELD: testing. SUBSTANCE: holes are made in basic material before deposition of cladding layer, embedding member with diameter dh is installed in hole without clearance. Butt surface of embedding member is arranged flush with cladded surface of basic material, then cladding layer having thickness b is deposited with application of force to embedding member in direction perpendicular to adhesion surface till destruction of medium of cladding layer under embedding member is provided. Area Fsec of section is found from relationship Fsec=πdoδ and adhesion strength is determined by taking it into account. Hole is blind from side of cladding layer. Embedding member in the form of washer having diameter do and cylindrical tail part is installed so that flat butt of washer conjugate to tail part is placed flush with claded surface. Part of cladding layer is fixed under washer by means of bushing by its setting on tail part of embedding member. After destruction of cladding layer depth of break is measured as distance 1 from edge of hole to line of adhesion of cladding layer with basic material. Diameter d1 of this line is found from relationship d1=2l+do, area Fbr of break is determined from relationship Fbr=πl(l+do). Adhesion strength of deposited layer with basic material is evaluated by value of ratio of area of break to area of section. Relationship Fbr=0,5Fsec is chosen as criterion of equality of strength of zones of break and section. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and authenticity of method. 3 dwg
