SUBSTANCE: device has m receiving channels each incorporating series-connected signal converter, amplifier, analog-to-digital converter, and storage unit, m-input correlation processor built up of series-connected multiplier and integrator and coupled with outputs of receiving channels, recording device connected to correlation processor output, control unit, and signal delay computing unit. Analog-to-digital converter starting control unit specifies coordinates of analyzed region points for signal delay computing unit and recording device.
