FIELD: biotechnology, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves milling and refining wood raw - postextraction residue of Sibirica larch bark (tan waste). The following nutrient salts were added to tan waste, g/l: 1-2; KH2PO4 0.5-1.0; KCl 0.1-0.5; MgSO4 0.1-0.5 and FeSO4 0.001-0.005, steamed with live steam for 20-30 min, sown with fungus Pleurotus ostreatus (Fr Kumm) and cultured for 5-10 days. The yield of food preparation is 90-95%, protein increase is 8-10%. Food value of the obtained food preparation is 0.38 f.u.. Protein of fungal mycelium contains all essential amino acids.
