FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating subscleral ways of intraocular fluid outflow with access made through conjunctiva cut along the limbus. The cut is carried out within the boundaries of planned scleral flap with releasing notches in the central area. The operation being over, tightening interrupted suture attached to the limbus is applied to the edges of the notched area. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
