FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental ophthalmology, and can be used for prevention of postoperative cicatrisation in the area of antiglaucoma operation. That is ensured by tumescent anaesthesia by subcutaneous administration of Klein's solution. Skin punch needle 2 mm is used to perforate epidermis to dermis layer. Lipoaspirate is sampled and centrifuged to obtain an adipocyte fraction. That is followed by a non-penetrating deep sclerectomy, NDSE. Superficial scleral flap is placed in place without suture fixation. Further, 0.1 ml of lipoaspirate of adipocyte fraction is introduced under the scleral flap and into the sub-Tenon space. A conjunctival suture is applied.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced intensity of connective tissue growth in the area of surgical intervention, as well as creation of a functional cavity in sub-Tenon space with minimum probability of postoperative complications.
