FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: device has electromagnetic vibration generator coupled with two inductive track pickups, two detectors coupled with pulse counters, two inverters, AND gate, two switch elements and two transformers whose primary windings are connected with generator output and secondary windings, with inductive track pickups and detectors connected to inverters. Output of inverters are connected with inputs of AND gate coupled with pulse counters through switch element contacts. Device has two design versions: with amplitude and phase detectors.
