FIELD: manufacture of constructional materials of carbon-carbon system from carbonaceous fibrous pulp mixed with powder binder. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting fibres into lengths of predetermined size; separating and providing dosed feeding simultaneously with binding component into mixing chamber. Separating and dosed feeding are conducted simultaneously by effectuating blowing of uniform section assembly with flow of compressed air, with assembly being preformed from cut fibre lengths and uniformly compressed. Mixing is provided by continuous dosed feeding and uniform distribution of fibres and binding component across mixing chamber section. Fibres and binding component mixture obtained in mixing chamber is compressed in forming part of mixing chamber by placing resilient air-impermeable partition wall onto mixture layer and feeding pressure differential to it.
