FIELD: transport-engineering. SUBSTANCE: electric energy recovery unit has converter of energy of vehicle vertical vibrations relative to road bed into electric energy. Energy recovery unit has rotary engine and electric energy-to heat energy converter made in form of electric radiators installed in rotary engine chambers, connected with flat power generators installed in space between body and wheels and made in form of members with series of permanent magnets whose poles come in contact with poles of inductance coils whose leads are connected with diodes coupled with radiators - plugs through accumulator. Energy recovery unit has breakers - converters. Beam radiators - plugs are installed on periphery of two different-size circular chamber of rotary engine communicating through port and divided by sealing rotors. Pistons of rotor are made to cutoff maximum amount of fuel mixture in circular suction chamber and minimum amount, in exhaust circular chamber and to provided expansion of burning gases of fuel mixture at inversely proportional changing of capacity of circular chambers, placed into communication through port. Beam energy radiators are made for forcing fuel combustion process in circular chambers as rotor pistons move through the chambers. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 dwg
