FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: energy recovery unit has housing accommodating rectangular-section uniflow channel. Mentioned channel holds two crankshafts arranged in tandem along flow each having two shafts kinematically coupled via transmission ratio 1:2 with adjustable blades feeding atmospheric air and with running blades whose areas are larger than those of feeding blades. Mentioned channel mounts heat energy source placed between feeding and running pairs of blades; it is made in the form of furnace with inlet and outlet openings joined with rectangular-section uniflow channel through charging bin, intermediate compartment with gate valves and furnace bars. Crankshaft mounting pair of blades feeding atmospheric air is coupled with electric motor and that mounting pair of running blades, with electric generator electrically connected to motor to provide for controlling gas pressure within furnace and fuel combustion processes by varying speed of crankshaft mounting blade pair feeding atmospheric air to furnace. EFFECT: improved design. 1 cl, 1 dwg
