FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has housing with straight-flow channel of rectangular section accommodating two crankshaft installed in tandem in direction of flow. Each shaft has two axles with vanes delivering atmospheric air and working vanes of area exceeding that of delivering vanes. Heat power source is installed in said channel between delivering and working pairs of vanes and is made in form of fuel burners being furnished additionally with light energy radiators - lamps and light absorbing heat conducting screens. Crankshafts are coupled with electric motor and with current generator in series with flow movement. Crankshaft of pair of vanes delivering atmospheric air is coupled with electric motor connected with electric energy accumulator, and crankshaft of pair of working vanes is coupled with consumer-driving wheel of machine with electric generator. EFFECT: improved efficiency of control of vane thermal engine. 3 dwg
