FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to cardiology, and deals with method of estimating degree of coronary obstruction in patients with ischemic heart disease. Essence of method lies in the following: level of antibodies to oxidised lipoproteids of low density (AB to oxLPLD) in patient's blood is determined and if its value id 6.9 E/ml, light degree of coronary obstruction, if the level of coronary obstruction is from 7.0 to 18.9 U/ml - temperate, and if value is 19.0 E/ml and higher - as severe.
EFFECT: application of claimed method allows increasing accuracy of estimation of coronary obstruction degree in AHD patients.
