FIELD: traumatology; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus comprises guide pipe 2 having bevelled spherical working end, and pin 3 having tapering sharpened end and rounded-off tip. By performing rotary movements with hand, pin 3 is driven up to bone, whereafter by making same rotary movements guide pipe 2 is conducted along pin 3, latter is taken out, while another pin having feather-like sharpened tip is inserted into guide pipe 2 to drill cortical layer. After passage through contralateral cortical plate, feather-tipped pin is made to pierce soft tissues. EFFECT: invention offers sparing approach in traumatology. 3 cl, 4 dwg
