FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has pelvic member, head, neck, pedicle having upper cylindrical part having threaded canals and lower conic narrowing part having grooves the threaded turn into, and rods placed in the canals and grooves and having facetted heads and flanges. Each canal and matching groove have common axis arranged in parallel to surface generatrix of conical portion of the pedicle. The axes of the canals and grooves are convergent in distal direction. Rigid rods threaded all along with buttress thread responding to canal thread are mounted in the grooves in a way that rod thread protrudes above conical pedicle portion surface. Tap slits are available in rod ends.
EFFECT: high stability of endoprosthesis pedicle.
