SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus for magnetic separation of cells comprises plurality of containers intended for different purposes, namely: container filled with suspension of hemopoietic system cells, container filled with immunomagnetic sorbent, container filled with physiological solution, and containers for collecting cells and physiological solution. Apparatus further comprises unit for mixing cell suspension with immunomagnetic sorbent, assembly of thermoelements comprising unit for controlling and maintaining temperature of cell suspension and of immunomagnetic sorbent, electromagnetic valves assembly, ferment-filled container, unit for proportioned supply of ferment, and assembly of thermoelements for controlling and maintaining temperature of physiological solution.
