SUBSTANCE: method comes to recording voltage on end of circuit under control by means of relay device, light indication of results, counting and recording number of voltage appearances across input of control unit and at end of circuit under control, evaluation of condition of circuit by difference of numbers in second and first cases. New operations are counting, recording and evaluation of condition of circuit. Device has DC and ac voltage sources, check-up circuit, control unit and counting unit.
