FIELD: granulation process. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to granulation of materials from melt that may be used in production of fertilizers and in developing high-efficiency technique of producing high-strength granulated potassium chloride. Method consists in introducing into 1 weight part of initial potassium chloride melt 0.02 weight parts of a rhombically crystallizing salt, e. g., BaCl2, CaCl2 or K2SO4, followed by shaping hardening melt. EFFECT: increased yield of granulate (89- 91%). 1 tbl
