FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding PLUMB and tin based melt into a gap between crystallizer-rolls, crystallizing it on a surface of the rolls, removing it and coiling a blank, had been produced, performing multistage rolling of the material. At this process maintaining a temperature of the crystallizer-rolls in range 65-95 C, setting a value of metallostatic pressure of the melt in the roll gap 0.5-2.0 MPa, coiling the blank at temperature 100-280 C, rolling it by two stage process with reduction degree 66-79% at first stage and 26-41% at second stage; keeping a temperature of the rolling rolls at the second stage in a range 10-28 C, setting deformation rate is limits 10.8-s-1.
