SUBSTANCE: device includes low-pressure air compressor, diaphragm apparatus, final- compression apparatus, separator, liquid reservoir and liquid delivery pump on transport facility. Compressor outlet is connected with diaphragm apparatus inlet; outlet of diaphragm apparatus is connected with gas inlet of final compression apparatus whose outlet is connected with separator inlet; outlet of separator is outlet of device. Separator liquid outlet is connected with liquid reservoir whose interior is connected with liquid inlet of final-compression apparatus through liquid delivery pump.
