FIELD: flight vehicles staying in the area of strong wind disturbances. SUBSTANCE: the stabilizer has a set of blades, each installed for turning on the axle secured on a support member, furnished with a drive turning the blade to the unfolded position, including torsion and compression springs, as well as a mechanism for retention of each blade in the unfolded position, including a recess in the support member engageable with the stop member of the blade root. Each blade is furnished with an additional turn drive located in parallel with the axis of blade rotation, and with a mechanism for torque transmission to the blade, connected to the additional drive and engageable with the blade. The stop member of the root of each blade is made in the form of lugs, and the support member has additional recesses engageable with the respective lugs. The lugs and recess walls have engageable bevels, whose planes are arranged at an angle relative to the axle of turn of the respective blade. The additional blade turn drive is made in the form of an additional torsion spring installed on an axle arranged in parallel with the axle of blade turn on the support member, located on an additional axle of the bush with a retainer for attachment and winding-up of the additional spring. The mechanism for torque transmission to the blade is made in the form of a bush installed in the support member in parallel with the axle of blade turn, with the additional drive retaining device made in it; this bush carries a lever, fork installed on the axle of blade turn and having two pins engageable separately with the mentioned lever and with the blade inner surface respectively. The mechanism for retention of each blade in a fixed unfolded position is furnished with a bevel made on the blade front end, the bevel plane is arranged at an angle of self- braking with respect to the pin engageable with it.
