SUBSTANCE: method involves polishing and separating noncrushed oat groats, drying, hydrothermal treating, repeated drying and cooling. When producing oatmeal, noncrushed oat groats, after separating, is steamed, dried, milled on four middlings and sieved with separation, if necessary, oat flour.
