FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: inside a housing are major drive with a rod, bearing for a flexible ring, and grips arranged on axles that movable vertically by ties connected to an additional drive. At the end of the rod of the major drive is a pressing washer having a cylindrical collar and ring projection that is a triangle in cross-section and are in contact with the flexible ring. The washer is also provided with a longitudinal groove wherein a slide is received. The slide is used for locking the pressing washer on the rod. The bearing is made up as thin-walled cylindric cap whose base has an opening for the rod of the major drive. The surface of the grips is shaped and interacts with the housing. The opposite surface of the grips is in a contact with the flexible ring to provide its deformation. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
