SUBSTANCE: manipulator uses base 1, telescopic arm with helical conical springs 5 furnished with a load lifting mechanism made in the form of a flexible member (for instance, wire rope). Wire rope 3 with one end is attached to the last section of the arm, and with the other - to the winding drum. The wire rope is drawn in the central axis of the arm section.
