FIELD: high-frequency heating of loose materials such as crop seeds. SUBSTANCE: device has shielding housing with charging bin and coaxial discharging port; two radio-transparent cylindrical drums with sector compartments for material to be heated, compartments being formed by their end walls and radial partitions; working condenser formed by high-potential electrode fixed in position between drums and end walls of housing, these walls functioning at the same time as low-potential electrodes; high-potential electrode is coaxial to drums; novelty is that charge-discharge axis is offset in radial direction to cylindrical housing periphery, high-potential electrode is made in the form of circle, drums are relatively turned through angle equal to half the angle between adjacent radial partitions, and compartments are made so that acute angles between edges forming them are rounded off.
