FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical body, charging and discharge hoppers, steam pipeline and drive. Cylindrical body has detachable perforated arced sectors defining semicylindrical part axially aligned with cylindrical body. Upper part of each sector has longitudinal restricting shock-absorber and lower part has chamfered stop for forming tenon joint and arced combined plates. Sectors are positioned for performing joint vibratory movement and are secured through spokes to respective telescopically arranged rolls, which are connected to toothed drive mechanisms. Baffle nozzle is arranged above sectors for axial displacement along guides and discharge hopper is positioned under sectors and equipped with wall smoothly joined with conical branch pipe. Apparatus may be used for cooking groats as well as for moisture and heat treatment of plant products under atmospheric pressure. EFFECT: reduced metal usage, simplified and compact construction, reduced time of auxiliary operations and improved quality of ready product. 11 dwg
