SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a crucible on drainage groove separated into two compartments by partition not touching the bottom and having gas-distribution device and ceramic-foam filter. Gas-distribution device is disposed in one of compartments immersed to the depth equal to 0.8-0.9 compartment height and filter is installed in the other compartment on the distance from bottom equal to 0.6-0.75 height of this compartment.
