SUBSTANCE: device has driven rod with electric discharge plant and electrodes located on its end, pressure pickup with numerical indicator installed in electric discharge unit above electrodes and also electromagnetic relay for engaging and disengaging of electric discharge unit connected with pressure pickup, and electric motor for raising and lowering the rod with reduction gear and magnetic starter installed in body of device resting on bulky base.
