FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to discharge of highly viscous and highly frozen products (oil products, molasses, fats, etc.) from containers for storage and transportation. The object of the invention is to achieve the minimum heating time under conditions of real processing facility and to provide reliability of operation of the system of heating system during the cold season. The method of heating and discharging highly viscous products from the container is the selection of the cold product from the bottom part of the container using a pump, circulation heating it in external heat exchanger by supplying coolant in it and supply of the heated product to multiple parts of the container, one of which is at the input to the channel of selection of the cold product from the container into the heating system; and supply of the heated product in this place is carried out at a rate providing the necessary flow characteristics of the cold product for pumping along the contour of circulation, and supply of the remaining heated product is carried out in places remote from the place of selection of the cold product from the container, and when all the product in the container is warmed the circulation heating is stopped and the whole product is discharged from the container; according to the invention the flow of coolant is increased, which is supplied to the heat exchanger in reduction of the temperature of the product at the input of the heat exchanger below the calculated value for the heat exchanger, or in increasing the flow rate of circulation of the product through the heat exchanger above the calculated value for the heat exchanger, or in increasing the active power (phase current) of the electric motor of the pump over the maximum allowable value, or the coolant flow rate is decreased at increase in product temperature at the input of the heat exchanger higher than the calculated value for the heat exchanger, or in reduction of circulation flow rate below the calculated value for the heat exchanger.

EFFECT: prevention of stops of processing caused by overheating of the coolant in the return line or disconnecting the electric motor of the pump in increase of the current of consumption, and even in winter prevention of blockage of return line of the coolant and its destruction due to freezing.
