SUBSTANCE: method involves injecting antigen under examination and antibodies labeled with peroxidase followed by pumping the solution through flow-type polystyrene cell of 0.005-0.1 mm in width having antibodies immobilized on the internal wall surface. The cell having small thickness, time to reach equilibrium in the flow-type system makes up 1-3 min that corresponds to the time reagent passes through the cell. After washing the cell and forcing substratum solution through the cell, chemoluminescence intensity is recorded directly from cell wall surface and antigen concentration is calculated from a standard curve.
