FIELD: laboratory diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laboratory diagnostics and can be used in biological microanalysis. To this end, solid-phase sorbents are prepared for desired analytes in form of microzones in an optically transparent vessel and ligands associated with long-term luminescent compounds. Then biospecific binding of analytes of sample and ligands in composition of reaction mixture in vessel with sorbents is carried out. Long-term luminescence signal is recorded from ligand-analyte-sorbent complexes when the sorbent is irradiated with a beam of light with a beam diameter not exceeding the sorbent area. Before measuring the luminescence, a muffling solution which does not miscible with the reaction mixture is added to the reaction mixture. Said quenching solution has density higher than the sample density and contains a substance which absorbs light in the region of excitation and emission of ligand luminescence.
EFFECT: invention increases sensitivity, accuracy of analysis and widens the dynamic range of determined concentrations of one or more analytes in a sample when diagnosing infectious and somatic diseases.
