FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of cereal crops by means of their steeping in liquid medium up to appearance of germs and further treatment up to receiving the ready product. Used simultaneously as main raw material are unpeeled and peeled, at least, one of species of cereal crop and further addition to it mechanically treated unpeeled, peeled or their mixture, at least, one of species of cereal crop. Treatment of main vegetable raw material is carried out by methods which do not change state of aggregation of liquid medium. EFFECT: broadened assortment and reduced price. 5 tbl
