FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: in a method wherein vegetable stock in the form of cereal grains reaching their biological activity is wetted, subjected to heat treatment, broken, and milled into flower, wetting consists in affecting grains with liquid medium to achieve biological activity and breakage of grain is performed before heat treatment and consists in dividing biologically active wet grains into particles. Heat treatment consists in drying grain particles. Resulting new-generation "living flower" is maximally provided with nutrients. EFFECT: improved nutritive validity of flower. 9 tbl
