FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing basic raw material in the form of crushed cereals, which had been preliminarily washed with liquid medium for at least 1 hour till sprouts appeared, and additive raw material; processing obtained mixture to obtain ready product. Basic raw material may be alternatively treated with liquid medium with following germination of cereal grains. Cereal used as basic material may be shelled or unshelled, or their mixture may be used. Liquid treatment methods are chosen such that do not change aggregate state of liquid medium. Additional raw material, for instance, shelled or unshelled grains of at least one cereal crop, is preliminarily subjected to machining.
