FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: an aqueous solution has 0.1-10 wt.-%/vol. polyhydroxyethylene polyhydroxypropylene polymer and 0.01-5 wt.-%/vol. negatively charged phospholipids. Preferable mean molecular mass of polymers is 8350-14000 Da at 1-5 wt.-% polymer content. The following phospholipids are preferable: phosphatidyl glycerols, phosphatidyl inositols, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl serines, distearoylphosphatidyl glycerol. Solution has preferably 3 wt.-% polyhydroxyethylene polyhydroxypropylene polymers at mean molecular mass 8400 Da and 1 wt.-% distearoylphosphatidyl glycerol. Phospholipids can be in lysoform. Solution is obtained by dissolving polyhydroxyethylene polyhydroxypropylene polymer in water to concentration 0.1-10 wt. -%/vol. and surface-active substance - negatively charged phospholipids to concentration 0.01-5 wt.-%/vol.
