where R1,R2 - H; R3 - halogen atom or alkyl; A, R4 - C1-7-alkyl; n = 0 or 1; X means N or CH; R5 is C1-7-alkyl or Ar-C1-4-alkyl; Ar - phenyl, naphthyl, furyl or phenyl substituted with R7,R8 and R9; or R5 and R6 in common with nitrogen atom to which they bound form possibly substituted 5-, 6- or 7-membered heterocycle. Compounds of the formula (I) are effective against bacterium Helicobacter that ensures to use their as active substances for treatment of patients with sicknesses caused by this bacterium species.
