SUBSTANCE: according to first alternative embodiment, proposed method resides in supplying viscous polymer composition by forming its free surface and by subjecting it to action of pressure below atmospheric one. In second alternative, viscous polymer composition fills products to be coated by passing through spinning central element which travels in relation to surface to be coated. With this alternative, pressure is exerted onto free surface of composition. followed by fixing composition in stationary state. According to third alternative, as polymer composition fills product to be coated, surfaces of slit-like cavity are caused to oscillate. In course of solidication, these surfaces are fixed in stationary state. Above-described method is carried out with help of proposed apparatus comprising smooth-walled rod 4. Upper centering ring 9 is formed with channels, through which slit-like cavity communicates with outer space. Proposed proprietary composition comprises, as filler, graphite and has following components taken in following weight ratio, parts by weight: epoxy dianic ED resin 20-100; polyethylene polyamine 10-12; dibutyl phthalate 15, graphite 10-15.
