FIELD: petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: claimed method for preparation of oil-filled 1.4-cis-polybutadiene in the presence of catalysts based on rare earth metal compounds comprises preforpolymerizing some monomer in parafin-naphthene oil at temperature of 30 to 60 C to attain 10-30 % conversion of monomer and subsequently polymerizing the remaining monomer in the presence of aromatic solvent to attain 80-95% conversion. The paraffin-napthene oil is netoxol. The claimed method is advantageous in that high-molecular weight and high filled polymers are obtained. This makes it possible to reduce power requirements for preparation thereof and decrease cost price without deterioration in operating characteristics.
