SUBSTANCE: method involves polymerization of butadiene in hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of catalyst - product of interaction of organoaluminium compound and titanium halide hydrocarbon solutions, deactivation of catalyst, stabilization of polymer, isolation of polymer from solution and drying by the known methods.
