FIELD: chemical industry, more particularly preparation of stereoregular polydienes using Ziegler-Natta catalyst system. SUBSTANCE: cis-1,4-polybutadiene is prepared by polymerization of butadiene in hydrocarbon solvent using catalyst systems based on rare-earth element carboxylates and organoalumium compounds. Organoaluminium compounds and catalyst components containing rare-earth elements are introduced separately into polymerization battery. Method of separate introduction of catalyst system components makes it possible to control polymerization process and regulate quality of polymers.
