FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: aqueous-alcohol infusions are prepared by single pouring from black current leaf, dandelion flowers, linden flowers and birch leaf. Infusions of dandelion flowers and birch leaf are mixed. Infusion of black-fruit dogberry is preliminarily separated into two equal parts; one part is introduced in mixture of infusions of dandelion flowers and birch leaf and aged for 2-4 h, while the other, is blended with infusions of linden flowers, black current leaf, alcoholized apple juices, remaining part of juice of black-fruit dogberry, sugar, color, citric acid, tartrazine and aqueous-alcohol liquid; blending is aged for 2-4 days. Ingredients are used in the following ratio, kg/1000 dal of ready product: black currant leaf, 1.8-2.2; dandelion flowers, 5.8-6.2; linden flowers, 0.9-1.2; birch leaf, 1.8-2.2; apple, 1730-1740; black-fluit dogberry, 235-245; sugar, 1110-1115; citric acid, 8.5-8.55; tartrazine, 0.09-0.15; color, 17.5-18.5; aqueous-alcohol liquid, the balance.
