FIELD: liqueur-vodka production. SUBSTANCE: proposed bitter liqueur contains 90-1100 l of apple alcoholized juice, 40-60 l of fruit juice of mountain ash, 300-450 l of fruit juice of Aronia melanocarpa recens, 150-170 l of 65.8 sugar syrup and 0.9-1.2 kg of cherry leaves, 1-2.5 kg of St. John wort, 2-3 kg of tormentil, 2-2.5 kg of coriander and aqueous-alcohol liquid the rest. All these values are used to prepare 1000 dal of desired liqueur. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product.
