FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves periodic subcultural bacteria on nutrient media containing carbon source and mineral salts under anaerobic conditions. The parent culture is grown to concentration 1 x 106 cells/ml and periodic subculture is prepared by addition of carbon source as slowly metabolized substrate and bacterial cells of the parent culture and incubated at (-20)-(-10) C for time to obtain 1-1.5 cell generation. Then the obtained subculture is resown and the second subcultural is carried out under the same conditions. The obtained cells were sown on nutrient medium containing divalent cations at concentration 0.01 M, not less, and slowly metabolized carbon source in order to provide bacterium growth on medium at velocity by 10-90% lower of maximal rate km for bacteria on optimal nutrient medium. Cells were incubated, cell division is inhibited and incubated again up to spore and metabolites producing. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 12 cl, 5 dwg
