SUBSTANCE: circuit breaker has gas heating chamber, compression section, and movable contact assembly, blow-out barrel about tubular contact connected to piston on side of break contacts and provided with at least one through channel entering on one end compression section, as well as nozzle on blow-out barrel. At least part of nozzle is made of insulating material. Nozzle enters gas heating chamber, is inserted in compression section, and its movement is limited; insulated part of nozzle is fitted onto tubular contact downstream of blow-out barrel; movable contact assembly is provided, in addition, with nozzle gripping facility.
