Abstract RU 2091939 C1

FIELD: chemical iodine-oxygen laser for generation of working donor gas. SUBSTANCE: process of generation of singlet oxygen is based on interaction of gaseous chlorine with jets of hydrogen peroxide with alkali mixing in chemical reactor with subsequent separation of generated singlet oxygen from aerosol and liquid. Separation of singlet oxygen is carried out simultaneously with mixing of interacting components in field of centrifugal forces directed perpendicular to flow of mixed components. Field of centrifugal forces is created in chemical reactor by rotary motion of mixed components and spent mixture is removed from layer close to wall of reactor. Rotation axis of mixture of components coincides with axis of chemical reactor. Gear for generation of singlet oxygen includes body of chemical reactor, source of gaseous chlorine, source of mixture of hydrogen peroxide with alkali, device for injection of mixture mounted in body of reactor and device for removal of singlet oxygen from reactor. Device for injection of mixture is manufactured in the form of hollow rotor with holes in its wall joined to source of mixture. Body of reactor has collector for collection and drain of spent mixture. Device for transformation of rotary motion of gas to translational one along axis of reactor is installed at outlet of reactor. Rotor has blades profiled along flow of mixture to give mixed components rotary motion. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process and gear. 5 cl, 1 dwg
