SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for solving technical problem tied up with prevention of conditions leading to blocking of generated flow of singlet oxygen by potential suppressors of components of active medium of laser and with preservation of conditions ensuring operational mode of electrochemical system corresponding to stable condition of electrolyte. Process of production of singlet oxygen includes absorption of gaseous oxygen by electrolyte, electrochemical reduction of dissolved oxygen to superoxide O-2

and oxidation of the latter to singlet oxygen O₂(¹Δ_д) brought out then into container receptacle. Distilled water is used in the capacity of electrolyte. Oxidation of superoxygen O-2 is carried out by electrochemical process on anode. Gas phase above surface of electrolyte of opposite surface adsorbing gaseous oxygen is used as receptacle.
