FIELD: quantum electronics; chemical lasers such as oxygen-iodine lasers. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has chemical reactor vessel, chlorine source; spraying device communicating with source of hydrogen peroxide mixed up with alkali made in the form of hollow rotor with holes in wall; spent mixture collector; singlet oxygen outlet device. Apparatus is provided with liquid transport facility in the form of multiple-entry screw on outer surface of rotor. Liquid pump is mounted in reactor vessel on rotor shaft for arranging its impeller between any of rotor ends and spent liquid collector. EFFECT: enhanced capacity and operating reliability of apparatus. 2 dwg
