FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: after separation, sorbent is introduced in milk. Used as a sorbent are wastes of cereal crops at ratio from 1:80 to 1: 100. In the moment of contact with sorbent, mixture is heated up to 85-95 C for 30-70 min, then mixed, and cooled up to 2-10 C. Deposit formed from strontium salts is centrifuged or filtered with sorbent.
